Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy spans a 7-day period. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Furthermore, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received a refund yet, please begin by reviewing your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Following that, get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve taken all these steps and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at hello@berrybrightstudio.com.


Sale Items (if applicable):

Refunds are exclusively applicable to regularly priced items; regrettably, sale items are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, kindly send us an email at hello@berrybrightstudio.com and ship your item to:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over 50 Euros, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
